4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner (TCS, Leopards, or Trax), you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can track your parcel's journey in real-time on the courier’s website.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take extreme care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
We highly recommend making an Unboxing Video as proof to help us resolve any claims regarding missing or damaged items quickly.
